Registration Guidelines

  1. Eligibility:
    Anyone can participate! However, for contestants below the age of 18, consent form duly signed by parents/guardians would be mandatorily required.

  2. Location:
    Live auditions and shoot will take place in Dimapur, Nagaland.

  3. Language & Conduct:
    Obscene, vulgar, or inappropriate acts or language will not be tolerated. Such entries will be immediately disqualified. All participants must maintain decorum throughout the audition process. No intoxicative substances are allowed inside in the premises. Contestants under the influence of the same will not be allowed to participate.

  4. How to Apply:

    • Fill out the official application form.

    • Record and upload a 90-second video of your performance using the provided link.

  5. Document Verification:

    • Submit valid proof of age while applying.

    • The same must be presented during live auditions.

    • Any mismatch or false information will lead to disqualification and a ban from the show.

  6. Shortlisting Process:

    • All entries will be reviewed by the panel.

    • Selected participants will be notified with the date and venue of their live audition.

  7. Live Audition Rules:

    • Since the venue has a limited capacity, NO FRIENDS/RELATIVES ETC. OF THE CONTESTANTS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE. ONLY CONTESTANTS HAVING VALID ENTRY PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE LIVE AUDITION PREMISES.  However, in case of minors, ONLY 1 (ONE) PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY. PETS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE PREMISES.

    • Contestants are advised to perform the exact same act as submitted during online. auditions.

    • The performance duration is strictly limited to 90 seconds. However, same can be extended upon the discretion of the judges.

    • Mobile phones should be switched off inside the premises at all times. NO SHOOTING OF VIDEO IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE AUDITION PREMISES.

    • After conclusion of the shoot, the show will be aired on the youtube channel, "Nagamemes Manu" in episodes from August 2025 onwards.

  8. Scoring System:

    • Performances will be held on a round-wise basis. One round will have about 5 to 6 contestants only.

    • Before performing, each contestant(s) will rate their own act on a scale of 1 to 10 (to be revealed only after their performance is over and ONLY WHEN, asked for, by the judges.

    • Each judge will also score the act individually on the same scale.

    • The average of the judges’ scores will be compared to the contestant’s self-rating.

    • If both scores match, the contestant will be declared as the WINNER.

  9. Prize:

    • The winner of each round (if any) will receive a cash prize of ₹ 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only).

    • However, If there are multiple winners in a round, the prize money of ₹ 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) will be divided equally amongst them.

​   10.  Consolation Prize :

  • If there is no winner in a particular round, then the ACT/PERFORMANCE securing the highest judges’ average score will be given a “CONSOLATION PRIZE”of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only.

  • However, if there is a TIE i.e. if more than one act scores the same point, then the consolation prize also would be divided equally amongst them.
